Contact Support
You can contact support to report an issue or incident. Fill out the form to provide details about an incident. You can upload a screenshot, document, report, or text file to accompany the report. You can upload up to ten files or a total of up to 1 GB. To upload multiple files, compress the files into a zip file. Accepted file formats include JPEG, PNG, SVG, GIF, JPG, XML, TXT, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, MSG, or ZIP.
The incident number displays after you submit the form. When submitted, you receive an email confirming the incident report and number.
To contact technical support to report an issue, perform the following procedure.

In the left pane, select Get Assistance.

In Epiq Assist, select Contact Technical Support to report an issue.

In Issue Focus, select one of the following options:

Collection and Processing
-
DataHub
-
Production
-
Reviews: Coding Forms, Assignments, Highlights

Searching, Keywords, Filters
-
Third Party Loads
-
Other
-

In Attachments, select files, such as screenshots, to upload.

In Description, enter the details of your request.

In How does this issue impact your work, choose the impact of the incident from the following options:

Standard – General support priority
-
Affected – Some tasks affected
-
Highly affected – Daily tasks affected

If there is a location restriction for data access or staffing, select Yes in Is a location restriction in place for data access or staffing. Then, in Data access or staffing required within this region, select a region.

In Add Phone Number, provide your telephone number.

If you want to add followers to the request, in Add Followers to the Ticket, enter up to three email addresses separated with commas.

Click Submit.
